This program was established in 1974. Parents, desperate to find a program for their children turned to Fr. Paul, O.S.B., Ph.D., a Benedictine priest who initiated an adapted aquatics program. This revolutionary program for children with physical and mental challenges displayed tremendous results and was instrumental in developing a full fledged Child Development Program. Over the last thirty years, this program has resulted in remarkable breakthroughs for over three thousand children who sometimes came to the program as a last resort due to their challenging mental and physical conditions. This program is not only highly effective, but also extremely cost effective. This program offers development oriented activities such as swimming, horseback riding, sensory motor stimulation, education and integration, music, aerobics, and group sports. This program is rated as an exemplary program in the state of Oklahoma.
